We wouldn't exist without you, our customers, so you're at the heart of every business decision we make. Even our sustainability and environmental policies begin with you in mind; most of you live in or near our community and so we all have to share in the consequences of what we put on the land or into the water.   T That's why our customer care policy can be summed up with the familiar phrase, "We aim to please!"

Privacy & Safety

Privacy: We value your privacy, so we safeguard and do not sell customer information. We use secure third-party banking to verify payment. It's not required for purchase, but if you do provide us with some form of contact information such as an e-mail address, we will only use that contact information to send you a receipt, to notify you of a product recall. If you join our mailing list, you'll get our periodic newsletter that includes events, product updates, specials, and promotions.

Safety: Your safety is our priority and we will make every effort to ensure that your visit to our premises is safe and comfortable. We ask you to remember that we are a working farm and there are hazards! For your safety and security, always observe signage marking restricted areas, and do not venture into the forest or fields alone or without permission. Individuals under the drinking age will not be permitted to purchase or drink alcoholic beverages, and intoxicated adults who are disruptive or pose a danger to themselves or others must leave the premises. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
